Most of what we try will not work the first time. We test, write it down and say out loud what we got wrong, so the next attempt starts from what we learned.

dia is built by two people who have worked in environments that did not match their values. Here, disagreeing with a founder is part of the job, and it is how the limits of an idea get found.
